We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
4.1 Print-on-Demand Fulfillment Partners
When you place an order, we share the information necessary to produce and ship your items with our fulfillment partners:
Printful, Inc.
Printful receives your name, shipping address, email address (for shipping notifications), phone number (if required for delivery), and order details (product type, design, size, color, quantity). Printful acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes your information solely to fulfill your order. Printful uses commercially reasonable security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data. Printful’s data processing is governed by their Privacy Policy and their Data Processing Terms. Printful operates internationally with facilities in the United States, Europe, and other regions; your data may be processed in any of these locations.
Apliiq, Inc.
Apliiq receives your name, shipping address, and order details (product type, design specifications, size, color, quantity). Apliiq uses SSL encryption and password-protected account systems to safeguard data. Apliiq operates primarily in the United States (with production facilities in Los Angeles and Philadelphia). Your data will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection standards than your home country. Apliiq’s data practices are governed by their Privacy Policy.
4.2 Payments
We accept payments through Square. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Square, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the Square Privacy Policy for more details.
We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by our payment processor.
4.3 Tax Calculation
We use the WooCommerce Tax service to calculate applicable taxes on orders. This service may receive your shipping address, billing address, and order details to determine the correct tax rates. Please see the Automattic Privacy Policy for more details on how WooCommerce Tax handles data.
4.4 Shipping Carriers
Your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address may be shared with shipping carriers (such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to facilitate delivery and provide tracking information.
4.5 Website Hosting and Technology Providers
We use WooCommerce (built on WordPress) to operate our online store, along with various plugins and services for analytics, email marketing, and site functionality. These service providers may process your data as part of providing their services to us. We require that these providers maintain appropriate security measures and use your data only for the purposes for which it was shared.
4.6 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legal request. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
4.7 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.
4.8 Who on Our Team Has Access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased, and where it should be sent.
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds, and support you.
5. How Long We Retain Your Data
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. Specifically:
- Order and Transaction Data: Retained for as long as needed to service your account, process returns or disputes, and comply with tax and financial record-keeping obligations (typically 5–7 years). This includes your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Account Data: For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile for as long as the account remains active. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
- Comments and Reviews: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. We will also store reviews if you choose to leave them.
- Marketing Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request removal from our marketing lists.
- Technical and Analytics Data: Retained in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics purposes.
Our fulfillment partners retain your order-related data according to their own retention policies. Printful retains data as described in their Privacy Policy and permits aggregation, de-identification, or anonymization of personal information. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use our site at your own risk.
