All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed for resale purposes. We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, natural disasters, acts of government, labor shortages, or actions of third-party fulfillment providers.

13. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate and dispute any chargeback claims. We may provide transaction and delivery documentation to payment processors in response to disputes. Fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or reporting to authorities.

14. Digital Copyright (DMCA) Notice

If you believe that material on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and made in good faith.
